Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, on any plan.

For yearly plans, renewal charges are also refundable within 14 days of the renewal date. Monthly renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you subscribe. We honour that right in full and do not ask you to waive it at checkout.

To request a refund, contact Poimandres support first. Refunds are issued by Whop, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing management flow.

Cancelling prevents future renewals and preserves your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
