Refund Policy

Before billing launches, no paid subscriptions are available through Poimandres.

When billing is enabled, refund eligibility, cancellation behavior, and renewal terms will be shown before checkout and aligned with the Merchant of Record billing provider.

Users will be able to cancel paid subscriptions through the billing management flow once subscriptions are live.

Canceling a subscription should prevent future renewals while preserving access until the end of the paid period unless the billing provider or final policy states otherwise.
