Poimandres may store account details, preferred language, saved location, timezone, Telegram linking data, notification preferences, command usage logs, and subscription status.

Birth data, chart inputs, and locations entered into tools are used to calculate astrology outputs. Some chart inputs may be processed temporarily without being saved as a stored chart.

Poimandres does not store full card numbers or payment credentials.

Data is used to authenticate accounts, localize the app, calculate astrology outputs, deliver Telegram notifications, prevent abuse, and operate billing entitlements.

Operational logs may be used to debug failures, monitor usage, and improve reliability.

Subscription and payment-status data is used to grant or remove access to paid features.

The app uses infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, database, email, Telegram, analytics where enabled, and Whop for checkout, payments, billing events, and supported tax handling.

Payment information is processed by Whop and its payment partners under their own terms and privacy policies.

Poimandres does not sell personal data.

You can cancel paid access from the billing flow, disconnect Telegram by contacting support, and request help with account or data questions at support@poimandres.app.

Some records may need to be retained for security, tax, accounting, legal, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.
